Yowza Service Plan Benefits
A Yowza Fitness® Performance Service Plan* ensures the long-lasting enjoyment of your purchase with comprehensive coverage from the day you buy it. Get up to five years parts and in-home labor which covers normal wear and tear.
Some of the benefits are:
- In-Home Parts and Labor Coverage
We cover all the parts and labor necessary to return your product to factory specifications. If we cannot repair your product, we will provide a replacement.
- Bumper To Bumper Coverage*
We cover all of the key components and wear items like motors, electronics, running belts, decks, frames etc.
- Normal Wear and Tear
We cover normal wear and tear as part of our plan, protecting you from the decline in performance that can come from everyday use.
- Power Surge Protection
You're covered for product damage due to power fluctuations, outages, line spikes or surges.
- No Deductibles
We pay any covered claim from the first dollar. There are no deductibles, no hidden charges, no out-of-pocket costs for qualifying repairs.
- No Lemon Policy
If your product cannot be repaired we will provide a replacement of comparable performance. Technological advances may result in a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original product.

* Exclusions from Bumper to Bumper Coverage
We do not cover the replacement of any batteries or other non-functional or aesthetic parts like rubber or foam hand grips. These are normal wear and tear items that do not affect the performance of the machine. These items will be available for purchase through Yowza Fitness®.
